Local CCFA Chapters
CCFA has more than 40 staffed and volunteer chapters and affiliates nationwide. Each has its own volunteer board and Chapter Medical Advisory Committee. Some chapters have paid staff, while others are run entirely by volunteers. Our chapters bring the work of the foundation to our communities. Check them out, get involved with your local chapter and participate in the many support programs, activities or to volunteer:

Camp Oasis
At Camp Oasis everyone has Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis -- in fact, it's a requirement to attend! Camp Oasis is a co-ed residential camp program with a mission to enrich the lives of children with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis by providing a safe and supportive camp community. We have camp locations around the United States where campers can swim, hike, do arts and crafts, and just hang out with other kids and teens.

Crohn’s & Colitis Student Forum
Want to join or start a support group on your college campus?
The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation has recently launched its Crohn’s & Colitis Student Forum (CCSF) program, support groups led by a student and faculty advisor for college students with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. Formed in conjunction with CCFA and the student’s college campus, CCSF provides college age adults with the guidance and structure for forming a CCFA CCSF group on their college campus.
Contact your local chapter to join an existing group or to start a group of your own! Please ask for the education support manager when you call.
CCFA’s National Youth Leadership Council
The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's National Youth Leadership Council works to increase awareness of IBD through youth-focused advocacy and fundraising. The goal of the Council is to unify youth leaders invested in enhancing and strengthening our mission.
Thanks to the partnership between the Foundation and UCB, youth leaders serve as advocates for patients through local and national campaigns. The Council also creates new fundraising opportunities, while supporting and increasing support for existing programs. Council members develop leadership skills and prepare for even larger roles as advocates for people with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
