Question:
Has anyone else had hallucinations from either Asacol or Prilosec?
Answer:
Any medication can cause a side effect in any person. However, hallucinations are not a commonly occurring side effect of either Asacol or Prilosec. It's important to let your IBD specialist know about any possible side effects of your medications so they can help investigate the underlying cause of the reaction and also ensure the right authorities are notified so other people can benefit from the new knowledge.
